1/4/2017, Scottsboro Police arrested Daural Kelley, 45 of Dutton, on warrants that resulted from an incident that took place on 12/29/2016 in the Vann St. area. Kelley was charged with Menacing, Assault 3rd and Possession of a Pistol by a Violent Felon. He was transferred to the Jackson County Jail and bond was set at $11,000.00. Read more
