Search warrant leads to four arrests

On 9/10/2015 a search warrant was applied for and issued to the Scottsboro Police Department and was then executed at 2395 County Road 358 in Pisgah AL. at approximately 10:30 P.M.

 

The search warrant was the result of a joint investigation between the Scottsboro Police Department Detectives and the Jackson County Sheriff’s Drug Unit.

 

The search warrant for the premises led to seizure of approximately16grams of “ice” (meth), psychedelic mushrooms, a small amount of marijuana, two handguns, a large assortment of drug paraphernalia, and a small amount of cash. Also recovered, was an ATV four wheeler that had been reported stolen with the Henagar Police Department back in March of this year. A Henagar Officer assisted the two agencies and recovered the stolen 4wheeler.

 

Four subjects were arrested,

 

Kevin Grant Garrard w/m/39 of Pisgah. Possession w/intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 2ND, drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property 2ND.

 

Ashley Ryan Evans w/f/30 of Pisgah. Possession w/ intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 2ND, drug paraphernalia, receiving stolen property 2ND.

 

Johnathan Ray Gore w/m/37 of Sylvania. Possession w/ intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 2ND, drug paraphernalia.

 

Dakota Lake Gore w/m/19 of Fyffe. Possession w/ intent to distribute a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, marijuana 2ND, drug paraphernalia.

 

All four subjects are currently being held in the Jackson County Jail and no bonds have been set.
