Stolen Property Leads to Drug Arrests

On 1/18/2016, SPD Detectives located a stolen Jeep at a residence in the 200 block of Gross Ln. The Jeep had been reported stolen from Shelby County in December 2015. Further investigation led to a search warrant of the residence. A small amount of crystal methamphetamine, marijuana, prescription medications and paraphernalia were found. Three persons were arrested from the residence.

Jimmy Lance Greene, 44 of Huntsville, was charged with 7 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and Receiving Stolen Property 1st. He was transferred to the County Jail.

Bailie Arnold Wise, 45 of Scottsboro, was charged with 7 counts of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Possession of Marijuana 2nd and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. She was transferred to the County Jail.

Wise

A 47 year old male of Scottsboro was also charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. He was transported to City Jail and posted bond. Investigation continues and additional charges are pending.
